I tried making marshmallow fondant to make E's birthday cake, but I didn't have enough powdered sugar, so it wasn't firm enough. I had to use it more like firm frosting. Fortunately with some refrigeration, the fondant became firmer on the cake, but not before it melted a little bit. Oh well, at least it wasn't
really for lack of following instructions - I was just too busy to go back out to the store.

This is so cool! I have never heard of fondant. So it's made of 100% marshmallow? Wow, it held up pretty good.
