My two favorite salads to make

I made these salads a few weeks ago for a few parties. The first is roasted asparagus with family tomatoes and mozzarella cheese cubes, with some lemon juice and red pepper flakes:



The second is a grilled plum salad with red leaf lettuce, gouda cheese, maple bacon, watercress, and a sherry vinagrette:



I got both recipes from a Food Network cookbook, but they are slightly modified.
