Leftover fish


The sushi maker had all kinds of fish leftover when the demand for sushi died down, so he started making all of these really funky rolls. Some of them had tobiko on the outside, with cucumber and unagi, others had salmon and spicy sauce on the outside and crab on the inside, and just all kinds of combinations. They were awesome!! We're a little sushi'd out at this point though.
