Later we went to Pike Place Public Market and walked around (and ate more)!
The flowers were beautiful.....
.....as were the peppers.
Next we went to look for the Jimi Hendrix statue on Capitol Hill
For our last meal in Seattle, we went to I Love Sushi, which was across the street from our hotel. The sushi was excellent and happy hour prices were insanely cheap. This "hairy roll" was outstanding but I had a hard time keeping a straight face when I ordered it.

This time of year is my favorite time to visit the PNW. Just starting to cool off, not too rainy, not too cold yet, and the Fall harvest all around you.
Different seasons. Something I don't get much of down here in Socal.
It was fun and there was so much to do. In fact, TOO much to do, since we were late for pretty much all of our get-togethers with family and friends, and we had to rush through a lot of things to fit everything in.
Yeah, talk about seasons, we know it's winter here in Hawaii when the temperature drops below 70.
